I ordered this set as a wedding gift and received it in a very timely manner. The decanter came in shattered though. Most likely due to the shipping company and nonfault of this company. I contacted them and they had no issue making another decanter. Very nice company to deal with. The second decanter came in very fast too. They didn't charge extra shipping or anything I just got a new decanter by sending an email and picture proof it came in broken. If your looking for something in this market this company is definitely the way to go.
